I am so thankful for this company!! Last weekend my AC stopped working so I decided to contact Southern Air to evaluate the problem. Tim was the repairman that came and looked at everything. He not only identified an electrical fire that had occurred, but he was able to get everything fixed within the same day. Tim listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I will forever be grateful for this company and their amazing staff. They are efficient, timely, and compassionate. I would highly recommend southern air!!

We had an excellent experience with the AC technician, Tommy, who serviced my mom's AC. He was professional, took his time to diagnose the issue, and showed genuine care in getting the AC working again. He also presented us with options that fit our budget, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic service!

Dylan McCarty was prompt in arriving at our home. He was thorough in getting our situation taken care of! I feel he went above and beyond his call of service! He was very determined and courteous! I look forward to having him back in our home for any future electrical needs!!
