I waited a few months to review to make sure the results STUCK. I'm happy to report that they did. I was struggling with fear and anxiety during the pandemic and was terrified to leave my house. My hypnotherapist said she could help me get good as new in 6 sessions and she was RIGHT. There were times during the sessions where I thought maybe it wasnt working, but by the end I felt brave and confident. Not only have I been leaving my house, but the sessions helped me quell other deep seated fears, and as a result I feel more powerful than ever. I'm so very grateful for my experience here and hope others will use this service. BREAK FREE FROM FEAR.

Today was the big day! I am happy to say that I have accomplished my goals. That is to say that I did not blush, cry (not even close!), or freeze up. My words flowed nicely. I spoke of what I knew, and was able to state when I did not know something without feeling anxious and uncomfortable. Whether or not I passed all three sections of the exam today, I am feeling so happy that the process went as well as it did! Thank you for teaching me to use the tools in my possession. After years of uncontrolled weight gain, I went to Jenny. After 1 session, I stopped craving bread (my big weakness). Without feeling hungry or deprived, I have lost over 30 pounds in the first 3 months. My doctor was so impressed with the change, he asked for Jenny’s phone number so her could refer other patients to her. Jennyis now working with me to reduce stress, relax, increase confidence and improve my business. She has truly helped me transform and I’m deeply grateful.

I’ve taken several courses over the years in mediation. Jenny Knowles reminded me of the importance of focus, how to clear your mind and grounding oneself. I felt more relaxed immediately after the class and several days after. More importantly, the class put me back on a path to greater health and drive to achieve my goals. I did a past life regression session with Kaya and boy did I learn a lot! She had a calm and peaceful presence which allowed me to relax and get into a deep meditation. She guided me through my past life and remained calm and patient as I was recalling events my soul had experienced. At the end of the session we talked about how the information we learned relates to my life today. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders as I’m able to be fully present in my current life.
