GRADY M. FORT, MFT - THERAPY WITH GRADY REVIEWS
I came to see Grady on a recommendation from a friend of mine. I had been to another marriage counselor previously but I never felt that it was helpful, so I went in with pretty low expectations. Grady was refreshing in that he was down to earth and straightforward, which I appreciated. He also was able to help us understand our communication better and how we as a couple of disconnect over things that aren't as important as our love for each other. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I am glad for having done it.
I have seen Grady's work with both couples and individuals. I trust him as a practitioner and as a person and I refer clients to him regularly. Our conversations have the effect of un-shrouding what is hard to understand. He brings out the best in me and I see him do the same with his clients.
Love this guy. He truly has a gift. You're in good hands if you are lucky enough to have him as a therapist.

JULIA BAROKOV, LMFT REVIEWS
Julia is a dedicated marriage and family therapist who exemplifies balance, wellness, and self-care. She is easy to talk to – one has the sense that they can share anything with her. And though she creates a “safe space”, in which one feels comfortable expressing sorrow, grief, and anger, it is quite easy to laugh in Julia’s company. I am an artist, and I feel more at home in intentionally decorated places. Julia has excellent taste and takes care to make her office inviting and beautiful. Additionally, Julia works to make our community a safe and nurturing environment for young people and teens, by serving as clinical director of “A Home Within”, a mental health advocacy group for children in the foster care system.
Julia is one of the most sincerely compassionate people I know. She has a calming presence that encourages openness and she is remarkably non-judgmental. Julia has a genuine interest in finding a way to help others find peace through introspection and reflection. Her gentle yet persistent pursuit of helping people find their truth is a quality that shows her courage and the depth of devotion to her purpose.
I have known Julia for over 10 years. She is a very compassionate person, trusted friend and dynamic listener. Julia consistently exceeds expectations when tackling a challenge. Her integrity and commitment to the process of healing are what make her an outstanding individual and therapist.

DANA COLE, LMFT REVIEWS
Dana has been a godsend! She has helped my spouse and I talk through arguments we've had in the past, but were not able to resolve. She will help you communicate better and set boundaries to make sure each person gets an opportunity to speak and is actually heard. The mirroring she taught us how to do has saved us from having NEW unresolvable arguments. I highly recommend Dana to any couple who is having issues communicating and is "listening to respond" rather than "listening to understand."
I really cannot say enough good things about, Dana. My husband and I were particularly feeling stressed during the COVID-19, and Dana was easily accessible via Zoom, which has been a huge help during such turbulent times. She has helped us understand each other at a whole new level and we are learning great tools for communication to use on our own. She is nonjudgmental, patient, compassionate, insightful, on target, and great at educating. I have seen various therapists over the years, as I really value a third party to help when things get tough, and she is by far, the best relationship counselor I have ever received support from. I am so glad we found her via researching on the Imago Therapy North America website because it was a great way to find a local practitioner that employs this style of therapy that we really needed. I absolutely recommend her to any couple wanting help to have a happy and healthy relationship.
Dana is a very knowledgable, professional and empathic therapist. Her insight and expertise in Imago Therapy is invaluable. Dana's caring and patient approach in guiding an individual or a couple (I did both) through the challenges of relational connection has proven to be of great significance and value in my personal growth and has helped me achieve a healthier and more satisfying love life. Through Imago therapy and with the guidance of a competent, sincere counselor, like Dana, you can expect to come to a new and more meaningful understanding of why you and your partner respond and relate to each other the way that you do. Dana will patiently guide you in making the move to higher ground through understanding, empathy and intentional connectedness. I recommend Dana without reservation. She can be trusted to respond attentively and compassioantely to all of your relational concerns.
