This was a wonderful office. You’re greeted by a lovely professional young lady. She’s polite, helpful, respectful, just lovely. The young lady who took my vitals and gave me my shot was also lovely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The other young lady who helped me with my medical condition was thorough, intelligent, attentively listened, and provided the medication and relief to help with my discomfort. I am doing much better. Thank you to all these ladies. They each were amazing. Created an awesome experience.

This is the best cosmetic dermatology experience I have ever had. Each time I learn something new about skin care and walk away feeling that I was so well cared for and for an affordable price.

This facility is clean, clean clean! And love how friendly and caring the staff is. I wish I lived in this area so I could come here all the time if I had any medical issues.

I had a great experience at Concentra during my recent visit. The staff, especially Kindashza, was professional, courteous, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was seen quickly, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. I Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing prompt and reliable care.

Parking was the only difficulty in going to this location. Being in Oakland I didn't want to park very far. The staff was amazing and friendly. I was in and out of there quickly.

Great service and very professional. They always made sure I as comfortable throughout the process. Thank you very much.

Appreciated the convenience of the location. Four minute drive from my home. Was seen promptly by the receptionist so I could register in. Average wait time of about an hour which was definitely doable. Compared to an emergency room would’ve been five hours. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Answered all my questions about the medication.

Over the past five years Carbon Health Urgent Care has been available to me for my Urgent Care needs more times than I count; and I've always received excellent care.

The staff is friendly and professional. There was no excess waiting and I feel that they were each a good listener! I am so happy that this facility is so near to my home.
