TOP 3 AMY GRECZYN, MPT, ATC - SOL PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
So far everything at Sol has been great. The PT I am working with, Amy G., is incredibly knowledgeable and makes a big difference even within just a short sentence. The facilities are nice and clean with good equipment. They have assistants to help with exercises. And the front desk team has all been wonderful to work with. Friendly, helpful with setting appointments. And easy to get in touch with. Very happy so far!
My doctor recommended Amy Greczyn at SOL Physical Therapy to help me recover after surgery to repair my ruptured Achilles tendon. He was right! Amy is dedicated to her clients and knows how to get the most out of physical therapy and when to back off when pushing too hard. You will have a great experience if you choose her as your physical therapist.
I've worked with Sol for recovery on two separate occasions. My recent injury was a severed foot tendon and the other was a rotator cuff injury. On both occasions, I've received excellent care. The team is personable, thoughtful, and results-driven. I highly recommend SOL!

TOP 3 BEN BAGGE, PT, DPT, CSCS - PRO+KINETIX PHYSICAL THERAPY & PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
I injured my shoulder back in late 2019 during a WOD (workout of the day). I checked in with Dr. Ben to get his evaluation in hopes to get some good news that I didn't tear anything. He immediately responded to my message during thanksgiving weekend and was able to see my the following Monday. The good news was that I didn't tear anything but it was going to take some time to get my shoulder strength back. First off he said that I didn't have to stop working out but I only have to scale back or hold off on certain movements until my shoulder is better. Being that do CrossFit workouts everyday I was happy to hear that I didn't have to stop working out. Fast forwarding to today my shoulder strength has improved and so has my mobility. The attention to detail and instructions Dr. Ben has given me has been awesome and key to a speedy recovery. I check in with him periodically with updates on my progress and continues to give optimal advice to ensure my progress moves forward. I truly amazed and satisfied with his work and knowledge. I highly recommend his clinic for any athlete or non athlete who want to improve their mobility or recover from an injury. Fast forwarding to 2021...I’ve been continuing with a monthly visit with Dr. Colin who’s is very knowledgeable and has been keeping me pretty much tuned up since I’m regularly active with CrossFit, running, hiking and biking. I was dealing with an annoying knee pain when walking up the stairs; Dr. Colin after evaluating my knee and found the root cause of the pain were my tight quads. Again I was impressed to learn how the human
As a prospective physical therapy student I had a wonderful experience interning at Pro+Kinetix this summer. The compassion that the practitioners have for their patients was a pleasure to see. Each practitioner that I shadowed was committed to using their wealth of knowledge to help get the patient get the best possible outcome, and made sure the treatment was tailored to the patient's specific goals. I saw patients make great progress throughout their treatment plans and would highly recommend Pro+Kinetix to anyone in the Bay Area!
I highly recommend Pro+Kinetix, especially Dr. Roland Jenkins for any physical therapy. I started with help for elbow pain but being such an expert, Roland helped tackle other problematic areas to prevent similar pain. It was refreshing to have someone not only treat the current injury but to create mindfulness for strengthening other areas as well. Go see Roland!

TOP 3 JANE HODGES, MPT - FYZICAL GRAND LAKE OAKLAND REVIEWS
I have seen Jane Hodges for physical therapy intermittently for over a decade due to various acute injuries as well as chronic conditions. She is consistently helpful and skilled at manual therapy as well as diagnostics and instruction. Jane is also an expert at diagnosing potential issues that may require further treatment. It was due to her diligence that I learned I needed surgical intervention for an ongoing issue; without it I could have been severely disabled. In addition to all that, she is a genuinely nice person, and always made me feel at ease and well taken care of during treatment and beyond. When my husband was injured in a car accident I sent him to her immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking physical therapy.
Jane was my therapist while I was pregnant and helped me with my back pain. She also guided me to do correct positioning for everyday activities once the baby arrives. I had an amazing experience with Jane, she is very professional and has a great sense of humor. Thank you for all the help!
Jane Hodges is the best therapist in the East Bay! She is very detail oriented and truly cares about her patients. It’s vital to find a therapist that has a connection with your surgeon so that your care is a team effort. That’s truly the case for me. I’m very happy with my care.
