AMY GRECZYN, MPT, ATC - SOL PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
SOL is awesome to work with--very professional, knowledgeable and insightful. They have provided both post-surgical and non-surgical rehab/physical therapy for me for a number of injuries going back several years. They have multiple locations that are well-equiped and very pleasant facilities. If you need PT, look no further; SOL is simply the best.
I am very pleased with the care I’m receiving from Anna. She readily understood my back and hip pain issues and took me through the exercises I need. The exercises were emailed to me and the instructions were easy to follow. None of the other practitioners I consulted did this and my pain continued. Now I just have to DO the exercises!
My doctor recommended Amy Greczyn at SOL Physical Therapy to help me recover after surgery to repair my ruptured Achilles tendon. He was right! Amy is dedicated to her clients and knows how to get the most out of physical therapy and when to back off when pushing too hard. You will have a great experience if you choose her as your physical therapist.

BEN BAGGE, PT, DPT, CSCS - PRO+KINETIX PHYSICAL THERAPY AND PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
The entire team at Pro+Kinetix is amazing! From my initial intake call, to the front desk staff, and of course Dr. Colin, I felt supported, never pressured to make decisions, and genuinely cared for. Like most of the reviewers, I was hesitant to get help for my shoulder injury. I'm so happy that I made the first step with Pro+Kinetics. Although I have only had one session, I'm already feeling less apprehensive to use my full range of motion as well as decreased pain.
My experience here has been great! Getting connected was really easy on their website and my PT doctor actually takes the time to listen and understand what I'm feeling. My therapy is tailored to what my body needs and even in like 6 weeks I feel a world of difference. I would highly recommend checking it out.
I’ve known Dr. Bagge and Dr. Miller for over a decade now on both a personal and professional level. One quality they both possess that quickly becomes evident is their dedication to their profession, as well as to their clients. This will become evident to you as a client as your goals quickly become theirs. You won’t find a better couple of professionals to help navigate you through the rehabilitation process.

JANE C. HODGES, MPT - FYZICAL THERAPY & BALANCE CENTERS REVIEWS
The best physical therapy place I've been to in the East Bay and I've tried several in the 16 years since I came here. I've seen them for an ankle issue and a lower back issue. They don't oversell what they can do for you, they're extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and they help you understand the overall nature of the issue you are facing and the physiology of it. I've worked with Caroline and she's outstanding.
I worked with Ryan for several months in order to improve my balance and flexibility. He was knowledgeable and excellent at providing exercises that were suitable for me. During my this time I successfully improved my ability to move my neck and shoulders. My balance has also improved. I especially appreciate that he didn't feel a need to push me faster than I was able to go. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the experience I had.
I've been suffering with knee pain, glute and psoas tightness and a stiff back for several months. I had fallen several times in a month. Carolyn has given me exercises and advice which has really helped me improve in the last month. I'm not pain-free, but I feel much better and am sleeping through the night.
