I injured my shoulder back in late 2019 during a WOD (workout of the day). I checked in with Dr. Ben to get his evaluation in hopes to get some good news that I didn't tear anything. He immediately responded to my message during thanksgiving weekend and was able to see my the following Monday. The good news was that I didn't tear anything but it was going to take some time to get my shoulder strength back. First off he said that I didn't have to stop working out but I only have to scale back or hold off on certain movements until my shoulder is better. Being that do CrossFit workouts everyday I was happy to hear that I didn't have to stop working out. Fast forwarding to today my shoulder strength has improved and so has my mobility. The attention to detail and instructions Dr. Ben has given me has been awesome and key to a speedy recovery. I check in with him periodically with updates on my progress and continues to give optimal advice to ensure my progress moves forward. I truly amazed and satisfied with his work and knowledge. I highly recommend his clinic for any athlete or non athlete who want to improve their mobility or recover from an injury. Fast forwarding to 2021...I’ve been continuing with a monthly visit with Dr. Colin who’s is very knowledgeable and has been keeping me pretty much tuned up since I’m regularly active with CrossFit, running, hiking and biking. I was dealing with an annoying knee pain when walking up the stairs; Dr. Colin after evaluating my knee and found the root cause of the pain were my tight quads.

I have had lower right back pain for seven years that would flare up once in a while. I finally decided to talk to a physical therapist and I'm glad I went to Pro-Kinetix. They did a great job of diagnosing the pain and moving beyond just telling me to stretch my back. They linked it to tightness in my upper legs and helped by providing not just stretches but strengthening exercises I can do 2x/week to keep the pain away. So far so good! I worked with Lydia for six weeks and she helped to review how things were going and suggest little changes in exercises and movements to help. I would definitely work with her again.

As a prospective physical therapy student I had a wonderful experience interning at Pro+Kinetix this summer. The compassion that the practitioners have for their patients was a pleasure to see. Each practitioner that I shadowed was committed to using their wealth of knowledge to help get the patient get the best possible outcome, and made sure the treatment was tailored to the patient's specific goals. I saw patients make great progress throughout their treatment plans and would highly recommend Pro+Kinetix to anyone in the Bay Area.

I started going to Jay because of an Achilles issue that required surgery. As you can imagine, this required a LOT of physical therapy in order to get back to full strength. I play competitive soccer and really needed to feel like I was back to 100% before having the confidence to get back out there. Jay was the perfect physical therapist to take me from barely being able to walk to full sprints, full strength, plyometrics/change of direction, and much more. I am incredibly grateful to Jay for his help at each step of the journey.

After receiving treatment from Jay vs. other PT's ive seen, I'd 100% recommend new patients give Jay at try first! He's incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to explain diagnoses + treatment, and has a noticeably more methodological approach than others. I had a tricky rotator cuff partial tear, and Jay helped me not only address this but also tackle a shoulder imbalance. I got tons of exercises, learned a lot, and most importantly, saw results.

Jay is incredibly good at his job. He's very compassionate, and beyond that, he's always fun to chat with. Came post-ACL reconstruction, and he effectively laid out a recovery plan to help me back to sports ASAP. After working with him for a couple months, I am ready to get back into soccer all thanks to him. Despite it being mentally and physically challenging, i loved every bit of my PT journey with Jay. Thank you for everything.

Taylor and Thornburg is so great! They are knowledgeable about the body and know just what you need to repair whatever is ailing you. Melissa was awesome! She knew exactly what exercises would maximize my recovery and listened to me when I told her what was hurting. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having issues.

This place is an absolute lifesaver. I’ve had three surgeries and have done a lot of physical therapy in the last four years. T&T has been one of my best experiences so far, the staff are very knowledgeable and are just overall pleasant and easy to work with. My PT was Tyler Dutton, I would and will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PT. He was extremely knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions I had and was very enthusiastic and enjoyable to work with. I am very grateful to have found this office.
