Don Heese Hypnosis

I went to Don Heese because a friend of mine at work went to him to quit smoking and - it was incredible - she quit smoking! So did I. With that success, I decided to go back and get the 3-session package to work on some other things. I waited a while to leave a review because I wanted to see if the changes would last. All I know is I have been an ex-smoker for 3 years now and my other improvements have lasted too. I never left a review for anything before, but I want as many people as possible to know that Don is really great at what he does. I have learned to respect hypnotizing as one of the quickest ways to improve my habits Highly recommended! My only regret was not calling him sooner than I did.

I first met Don 6 years ago when I had a New Year's resolution to quit smoking that year. It was October and I was still smoking like a chimney so I googled 'hypnosis' and found Don. And I am so happy I did!! I have been smoke free for almost 6 1/2 years now. I have been back to see Don most recently because I was struggling with anxiety issues. I had been going to counseling for over 5 weeks but it just was not helping. So I opted to deal with it through hypnotherapy. Don also suggested reading materials and other exercises that I could do to help. And once again, I was amazed at the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Don to my family or friends. If I could give him 10 stars - I would!
