COPPER MODERN INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS

Copper is an absolute must-try for any Indian food lover in Charlotte! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a special occasion or a casual night out. Every dish we tried was a flavor explosion. We ordered the potli samosas, disco naan, black dal, chicken tikka masala, goat cheese kofta, and Kali mirch chicken along with some garlic naan bread and rice. The intricate blend of spices is simply divine. The service was impeccable, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. If you're looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, look no further than Copper!

I forgot to review this place after our meal on Valentine's weekend. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. The waiter recommended some selections that we ended up getting. I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in both traditional and modern Indian cuisine.

Copper is one of my favorites and a staple in the Charlotte area. Very nice, fine dining atmosphere. Delicious cocktails. We had the tikka and saag with garlic naan. We also ordered cocktails and the waiters suggestion for an appetizer. Everything was delicious.

PASSAGE TO INDIA INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS

I decided to get food from this restaurant. I ordered the chicken vindaloo very spicy with butter naan. It was very good. For dessert I ordered the Kheer Rice Pudding, Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai. The Kheer Rice Pudding was disgusting. The Gulab Jamun and the Rasmalai were okay. I would not go out of my way to get these again but they were okay. I would recommend get food from here but leave the desserts to another restaurant instead.

A wonderful experience for our first time here. The food is delicious and flavorful as one would expect from an Indian restaurant. The service is very good and the food portions are really nice! We did not wait long for our order and the lady serving us was courteous and friendly. A place we can definitely recommend without hesitation!

Food is always delicious and wonderful customer service. I love that the containers are wrapped well especially when I order online. I like the okra dish and garlic Naan is delicious!

THE BLUE TAJ REVIEWS

I took my date to the Blue Taj on a recent Saturday night. If you like Indian food, this restaurant is fantastic. For my beverage, I had a 22-ounce Taj Mahal beer. We started off with the sesame-chili cauliflower florets. They were so good. For the main course, we shared the Chicken Tikka Masala and Kerala Style Seafood Curry. The food comes with rice, and we also ordered the garlic Naan. We loved the food, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend the Blue Taj.

This place has been around for years and for some reason I just got around to coming here. The food here is AMAZING. I highly recommend the bhindi masala and the chicken tikka masala. And can never go wrong with the garlic naan. The service is also great as the servers never let your water go empty. I will now make this a regular go to spot.

Great experience at The Blue Taj! Nice intimate atmosphere and incredible food. The staff are pleasant and were very patient explaining multiple items on the menu. If you are looking to change it up and try Indian food give them a try!
