COPPER MODERN INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS
Copper never fails to impress. My family eats here for their take on modern Indian food. The flavors are bold and amazingly delicious. It’s easy to drop a couple hundred here if you have a few drinks with your meal, but the price is well worth it in my opinion. Tonight our waiter was extremely attentive, and the restaurant was packed. We appreciated the service and food- as always. It’s not the most kid-friendly place, but it’s possible to dine with your family. Definitely a yes for a date night. To date, we have been eating here for over 8 years and we keep coming back.
Great food and service as always. They somehow always remember me when I come here and I’m always placed at a nice corner table. Food is always fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. This time we tried the cauliflower florets which is now one of our favorites. Normally we have the vegetarian samosas and the tomato soup while there for lunch. The chicken tikka masala is great with large chunks of tender chicken in a delightfully creamy tomato soup. Always a favorite and a must every time I come visit Charlotte.
The Cauliflower app. Is awesome. Could have made a meal out of these! The meals were prepared with attention to detail and flavor. Excellent presentation.. completely satisfied experience and not only would recommend Copper to anyone looking for Indian cuisine with remarkable taste and service but can’t wait to come back. Thank you Copper….and thank you Perry.

THE BLUE TAJ REVIEWS
I was very pleased with the look and decor of the Blue Taj, almost as much as I was with the food. I got an Indian staple, saag paneer and literally smiled when I took the first bite. Naan was fresh and delicious. There were 5 levels of spice available if you don't do spicy foods. I got a level 4, and it was perfect for my adventurous palette. Great place, will visit again next time I am in Charlotte on business!
I've been to this place twice. I love the intimate settings and the feel of not being on top of each other in regards to other tables. Atmosphere is very warm. Service is quick and friendly. The food is scrumptious and plentiful. I don't know much about Indian food so it's a struggle to know what to order each time. The naan is especially delicious and I love dipping it in all the sauces from our dishes. I will definitely be back here!
We have been back twice since our first visit. The food and service have been exceptional. Here is a tip - ask for Mr. Harvinder. He understands individual customer's taste and does his magic so the food is just right! Once again, our compliments to the chef(s). We are hooked!

PASSAGE TO INDIA INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS
So, I never had Indian food until now. I tried my sister's leftovers (chicken korma), and I said this is what I'm eating tomorrow! I ordered the chicken korma - medium spicy, ras malai (cheese dumpling with milk), and a mango lassi). If you ever had Mexican mole, chicken korma resembles it a little bit. It's the sauce! So delicious. The cheese dumpling was super interesting. Sweet but the texture felt weird lol. The mango lassi was really good. It soothes your tongue so it goes great with what I had. Definitely recommend ordering food. I understand they're going through a renovation so I'm excited to eat!!
Best Indian food in Charlotte North Carolina. This place has the most authentic Butter Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo I have ever eaten in my life and I’ve eaten a lot of Indian cuisine! Passage to India in Charlotte North Carolina is the only place you should get your Indian food from!!
I absolutely love this place… It’s a small inconvenience because you can dine in as of yet due to Covid, but this doesn’t take away from the quality of the food. Always fresh and very tasty. My favorite is the Gobi Manchurian, everything is D’lish!!!
