Aria Tuscan Grill

This is more of a wine bar with accompanying food than a grill/restaurant per se, but the food offerings were well executed. A few more vegetarian choices would be nice, especially given a "no substitutions" policy that hearkens back to the Stone Age. Still, our dishes were lovely, service was good, and the ambience was elegant and comfortable. The white bean accompaniment to the table bread was a flavorful highlight.

Timothy is one of the most incredible people to grace the service industry - from bartending prowess to entree recommendations, this man is a brilliant tour de force. Please try everything here, drinks *chef's kiss*, appetizers a symphony for the palate, entrees are fresh, aromatic, and crafted with love.
