TOP 3 SAKE BLUE JAPANESE BISTRO REVIEWS
Absolute beautiful restaurant with very modern decor and atmosphere. Our server was extremely nice and attentive. We were sat very quickly and our orders were put in shortly after. Sake Blue has a very vast menu of extremely interesting and exotic choices. I plan on going back to try as much as possible. The signature rolls are massive, the rolls may seem expensive when glancing at the menu but when they come out you immediately know you got your moneys worth. Each rolls we got was unique and flavorful. The ginger was wasabi was fresh. Really great restaurant, we do plan on going back soon.
I was here for a friend’s birthday - we wondered where to go and this place was decided. I’ve had a lot of memory here… former significant others, my friend’s brother was the sushi was the sushi chef here for some time. Anyways, we did an omakase amid other dishes and they were overall all solid. The omakase exceed both our expectation as the cuts for sashimi was great quality. The steak tatake was decent, not exceptional. The udon was solid as was the fried rice. We felt full leaving and exceeded our expectations for the day.
I was missing out on this place! Amazing sushi! I had the passion blue (far left) temptation(middle) and John Wayne with the gyoza and garlic edamame. This place also offers hibachi.

TOP 3 SAPPORO JAPANESE GRILL & SUSHI REVIEWS
I honestly didn’t think Japanese would anything besides eels and octopus but it was so much more than that. So many vegetation options. I never imagined salmon would go with cream cheese. I had the Philadelphia Sushi Roll and berry Fusion. I would so love to go again. This changed my opinion for Japanese food. Vegetarian options: Separate section for vegetarians like avocado, veg rolls.
Sapporo is my favorite sushi restaurant in Louisville not only for their atmosphere, delicious food, and killer happy hour. Service is always impeccable, and take out orders are always correct. I am so glad they got rid of their hibachi tables to put in more seating because there's often time a wait. Special tip: sit at the sushi bar and you may get a special treat from the sushi chefs ;).
The atmosphere is very busy and clean, with prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. The sashimi was very fresh and the presentation was clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my evening here and will look forward to returning.

TOP 3 HIKO-A-MON REVIEWS
Authentic Japanese food, very good quality and competent service. We had a party of six and we all ordered different dishes.... everyone was very happy with everything we ordered. Recommend calling for reservations in order to ensure they have room. Thought the prices were fair for the level of quality.
Food was very good and so was the service. I ordered the Oshinko which was great. Their tuna Tataki was very good as well. Had their Kentucky and their fire scallop with jalapenos (as recommended by the server) and they were both good. Didn't like the crab that much but it was still pretty good.
We enjoyed our dinner here. Sushi was fresh and flavorful. We were with a group, so we were seated at the private table. It was super neat…no shoes allowed. All in all, it was a very good meal with great service.
