The service was great! The server was very helpful during the ordering process since it was our first time there, and I was alone with my very active kiddos. She was very helpful when they needed help with opening their drinks, and she made it fun for them. She checked on us at perfect times and really created an exceptional experience for my kids and I. The food was delicious and filling! I'm glad my kids were so open to trying something new, and they really liked the Salmon Onigiri and Chicken Fried Rice with fish cakes. We will be back!

Traditional Ramen Shop - with traditional japanese atmosphere and decor. You walk into the smell of ramen, nose hits your nose, and you know you're in for a good meal. The menu reaches out from Cicken katsu Curry and delicous atomizing ramen that will really suprise you. Music is upbeat Japanese Pop and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely suggest this place if you're not looking for the flashy Goku or Naruto decor and cheaply flashy ramen. Instead, you will find that traditional Japanese wooden Ladel to guide you to an OishI experience.

We are from out of state and we were craving noodles and this place caught my attention! We loved the food and we wished we had this good tasty noodles back home!! I had the Katsu chicken and loved it and my mom liked it too so she ordered to take back with her!!

This was my first visit to Kotobuki and I was very pleased with my restaurant choice. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere, cleanliness and service were exceptional. The most notable aspect of this restaurant is the considerable amount of vegan choices and menu variety. There is something for every member of your party. I was glad I arrived early for dinner because the restaurant filled up quickly. I will definitely go back.

If you're just visiting here for a short time like we were, or newly stationed... you need to come try this place. Stuffed mussels were amazing and so much flavor. I got the King Cobra and IZ roll enjoyed both but cobra won. Chicken katsu was so juicy and good portions. The only thing I would have to "complain" about is the Wasabi was not strong enough in great, but otherwise would come here again and again, if we lived here.

Had the chicken katsu curry with rice. It was everything I wanted and tasted fresher than other times I’ve had it in California. Very polite Japanese man at the sushi bar, I appreciate him. Paid $29, i am very satisfied. Everyone in the restaurant is quiet and polite. They have a slightly updated menus as well.
