Great Japanese fusion restaurant. Classic Japanese dishes along with very unique twists on classics. Waiter was super friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and comes in large quantities, perfect for sharing. Their desert menu is actively rotated. Being situated on top of a large hill gives an amazing view of LA and Hollywood, especially at night, while keeping away the noise of traffic and life. Prices were high, but for the service, food, and atmosphere all worth it. Highly recommended.

Yamashiro in Los Angeles exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Manager Chris orchestrated a memorable dining experience with thoughtful and attentive service. Server Jesse's expertise in the menu added to the delight, making our interaction enjoyable. The upscale ambiance was evident through impeccable food, exceptional service, and a staff dedicated to ensuring a remarkable visit. Not to mention, the magnificent city view from our seats added to the overall charm. Highly recommend this upscale establishment.

first time here. upscale vibe, really nice views, has a full on Japanese garden. food was amazing, everything was delicious, and what was really great was the service. everything came out fast, never had to think "where is my server". overall great experience and would definitely go again. looking forward to it, actually.
