My fiance and I have had an amazing experience with diamonds direct, and specifically with Selena! She made us feel so special and truly wanted to take care of us the best she could. She helped me bring my vision to life and create my dream ring. I have since returned to Selena to purchase a matching necklace and earring set as well. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I could not imagine ring shopping with anyone else!! Now that I have my ring, she has helped me make appointments to resize and clean it. She is always available and quick to respond. You have to request her!!! She was very knowledgeable with all steps of the process and even worked her magic to get us the best price possible.

My fiancé and I went to Diamonds Direct a few months ago and had Jordan Geiger help us in finding the perfect engagement ring! Jordan was so kind, and listened to everything I was wanting! He made the whole experience so smooth and I ended up with the most beautiful diamond! Would 10/10 recommend!.

First class experience all around with Reis-Nichols. I recently purchased an engagement ring and every step of the process was extremely professional, transparent, and top-notch service. From the very first meeting, Therese was clear on what our options were and guided us in the right direction for each decision we needed to make. All the while, the rest of the staff, especially Johnny R, was very helpful and extremely hospitable. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted the engagement ring to look like and the end product was better than I could have ever imagined. My fiancé is obsessed with her ring and I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone at Reis-Nichols.

I had a stone that belonged to my grandmother and wanted it placed into a necklace. Nadia did such an amazing job sourcing a chain, showing me options, offering helpful opinions and being mindful of my preferred budget. I had been so nervous to have this piece made because it’s such a cherished heirloom, but Nadia and the RN team delivered something better than I imagined when I first came in. Thank you!

Lauralee was wonderful. Very attentive and guided me without pressure while looking for something in a style I had imagined. Walked in without an appointment. Ended up finding a perfect gift. Beautiful store and layout as well.
