JW MARRIOTT INDIANAPOLIS REVIEWS

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and great views of the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also boasts fantastic dining options and a well-equipped fitness center. I’d highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here for 1 night for Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour. I was amazed at how the hotel made this weekend extra special for the concert. From the themed cocktails, signs in the lobby, beautiful pink flowers at the front desk, pink uniforms for staff, and themed parties throughout the day, they truly made our stay worth every penny. Every request we made was met with eager & attentive staff. Valet parking was a breeze. Our room was clean & very nice. Being within walking distance of Lucas Oil was a plus as well. If we find ourselves back in Indy, we will 100% be staying here again.

I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful Ms. Krueger, who went above and beyond to assist me with a few thank-you cards. The service from all the staff was kind, efficient, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the meeting spaces were excellent, and I was impressed with the quality of the food. This location features its own Starbucks, a restaurant, and bars. It has a great central location, close to various sports centers and several attractions. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

OMNI SEVERIN HOTEL REVIEWS

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Service was amazing. Such kind & helpful staff members. Rooms were beautifully up to date and designed super well, we were in love with how modernized and cute it was. Refreshing to see a hotel aesthetic AND affordable. Bar & lounge area is also stunning and a wonderful space to hangout. Bar staff were a joy to be around. Overall such a great price for such a quality hotel truly. Only complaint was trying to get parked was a hassle with such a small entry way. Other than that we 10/10 recommend:)

Overall it was a great stay. Love the renovations that were done since our previous stay. There was a small hiccup during check in due to the computers freezing up but each person at the desk was apologetic while throwing in some fun humor about it. Once they computers started working, check in went quickly for everyone in line. Room was great, clean and bed was comfy. There was construction next door that woke us up at 7am, but that's not the hotels fault.

This hotel is an absolute dream. Centered in the heart of downtown, everything is within walking distance even if it were only 8?. The rooms are super cozy and beds are really comfortable. The food is amazing and the staff in the restaurants are amazing. We had the pleasure of having Steve and James as our servers and I must say these two are great at what they do. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omni staff..

HYATT REGENCY INDIANAPOLIS REVIEWS

Steps away from the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium, this hotel is consistently amazing. We have stayed here year after year when we are at the NFL Scouting Combine. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, high-quality shampoo, conditioner & soap. Wonderful common areas. Plenty of conveniences included [amazon locker, restaurant, bar, Starbucks, gym, pool, rooftop restaurant] We had an issue with our thermostat during this stay. When we notified the front desk, they had the issue fixed by that evening. Further, they sent an email to double-check with is that it was satisfactory. One of our favorite places to stay!

This review pertains to the bar located in the Hyatt lobby: I had one of the best grilled cheese and tomato soup combos ever! My Old Fashioned cocktail was perfect as well. If you are lucky enough to have Dominick (Dom) as your bartender, you are in luck, b/c everything he recommends is spot-on, and w/ the customer's best interest at heart!We'll do this again.

We had the best stay here! Above and beyond our expectations. Staff was very welcoming. Pool was 4ft throughout which was perfect for our kids. Super close to everything downtown. Comfortable and spacious rooms. 10/10 would recommend!
