I had a great experience at Bill Estes Chevrolet in Michigan. Will was very personable, got me set up with an appointment right away, and explained to my diagnostic to me in detail after my services were completed. Their service team also did an excellent job. They sent me a full diagnostic for my car and even sent me a video of the issues which was super helpful. The only point of feedback I would give was a couple of panels were popped back into their place when I took my car home, but other than that, very happy.

I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived. Jim was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had already had the vehicle information ready for him and he was able to match me with the vehicle that I was looking for. Keith was also very helpful, answered my questions and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Overall the staff there gave off a welcoming environment.

Had another great experience at Bill Estes Chevy. Colin was very helpful! Took the time to explain all the features of my new vehicle. He was no-nonsense and worked to get me an incredible lease deal. Will be back.

Patrick was the absolute best. Went in with an idea of what I wanted and he helped guide me along and find a vehicle that had every I was looking for and in my budget too. Was more than honest and transparent with my current vehicle trade in price and was super easy to negotiate. Even let me test drive my new vehicle all the way to my home to make sure it would fit in my garage! Couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience which was relief since I was purchasing a family car as I have a newborn son. If you’re looking to buy or trade ask for Patrick.

We needed our car fixed fast, because we were traveling. They work hard and fixed all the issues that we had in a short period of time. And we were able to continue our traveling without any delays. Very grateful for their work, commitment and service. Will definitely recommend Tom Wood Ford.

We were in a pinch when my husband's truck died. Patrick came to me at work to get the papers signed and delivered the new vehicle once it had been detailed. Great experience.
