I purchased a custom barn door from Sunburst Shutters. Unfortunately the door arrived from the manufacturer upon inspection with bubble wrap spots on the door stain. Sunburst notified me and re-stained the door. The technician was very nice and professional and did an excellent job hanging it. The company communicated and asked questions on how I preferred the handles to be placed on the door. The door turned out absolutely amazing and I love it.

We had a very good experience with Sunburst Shutters…Starting with their booth at the Indy Home Show and to Bill B. coming to our home and explaining what they had to offer and how they could make exactly what we were looking for. He did a good job answering our questions. On installation day, we had a very good experience with Cameron. He was friendly and professional. He did a good job explaining how to properly operate our shutters. They look great and really enhance the look of our newly built home, inside and out. Of the four homes we have owned, in our nearly 45 years of marriage, this is the first one that we chose shutters, instead of blinds and/or curtains. We are so glad we did.

Great people, quality blinds, professional install. We ran into a delay from one of their suppliers having a product on back order. But once it was in the turnaround for installation was quick. We worked with Jason to go through blinds options, measurements, and pricing. Handy and Leo did the install and we couldn’t be happier with their work! We purchased their 2.5 inch blinds in an off white color, an antigravity blind in Swing grey, a motorized roller shade, and verticals blinds.

Handy was professional respected my home. New carpet in the home we was observant and removed his shoes to not dirty it. He was knowledgeable. Explained how to work the motorized rollers and how to work the the chain link on the other rollers. I really appreciate they cleaned up all the mess. I work from home and he was respectful enough to wait till I was off the phones to make the drilling in my office as to not disturb the phone calls. Overall great work! For him and the person who is helping him.

My zebra shades were installed today the technician was Handy and he explained everything to me from the beginning to the end. Handy showed me how to get the most out of my remote for the motorized ones he programmed them perfectly. Handy was very professional and he cleaned up everything when he was done. Handy was awesome and it didn’t take long at all and I had 16 windows to be done. Thanks again Window Valet.
