From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The sales consultant, Jalen, was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions easily. The installation was amazing. 19 windows, the entire house including the basement has new windows. Installation was complete in one day and they didn't leave a trace of any work being done. The windows are perfect. It was shocking how quieter the entire home is now. We can't wait to see the benefits on our utility bills. The windows are so easy to open, close, tilt in for cleaning. We have zero regrets!

They were here when they said they would be a matter of fact I had some stuff still to move and they said no hurry ma'am take your time a worse just curious and pleasant polite answered any question I had asked if they could put the sign in the front yard cleaned up very well was done very fast overall very pleased with them I had a broken one and they didn't even break it taking it out. If you're considering it you should have it done too Very pleased

Great, the process was seamless, on time and the installers were great and very professional. Immediately noticed the difference, my windows were almost 100 years old now the house is quiet, cooler and I have opening windows. Even my dog is happy. Thanks

My wife and I have only great things to say about our whole experience with Window World of Indianapolis. We had a complete exterior renovation including 6000 series insulated siding, 6000 series double hung windows, new patio door, fascia boards, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. Everyone was very professional and the install went very smoothly. Love the quality of everything. Install was Fall 2024.

This was an exceptional experience! From our initial call, to the final window going in - everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and just a please to talk to. My wife and I are thrilled with the new windows and we can't recommend the team at Window World enough. And if it snowing on the day get new windows nis anything like it raining on your wedding day, I'll take it!

UNIVERSAL WINDOWS DIRECT REVIEWS

We needed both front & back doors replaced so after a few quotes we went with Universal Windows Direct. Even though they weren't the cheapest, we knew we had picked a reputable company to work with. Our sales guy Josiah was hands down easy to work with and knew exactly what we wanted. The quality & craftsmanship that went into these doors are definetly noticeable and their warranty speaks for itself. The installers were on time and very professional. Cleaned up everything and took the old frame and doors with them. Before & after pictures included. Very happy with the results and very happy with Universal Windows Direct.

These guys rock..we love our new windows . The work crew is awesome. They clean up after every job. The weather has caused some delay but we've been able to work around it.
