Absolutely the best jeweler I have ever gone to. Allen, his wife Michelle, and their staff are all around great people. I believe they really love what they do and they enjoy making their customers smile. From the first time going into the store I felt at home and like everyone there had my best interest in mind. Within 10 minutes of meeting Allen I knew I found the jeweler I wanted to work with. Everyone there is a professional but also very down to earth. They can be playful and joke at the same time as explaining and helping you out with your request or needs. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or anything but an equal and friend by the staff. I really can't say enough nice things because I'm very impressed with my experience. Basically if you're looking for honest and fair people and would also like to support a small family business instead of a chain, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

We love this place! We got our wedding bands here, including a custom ring built from my husband's grandfather's ring. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are extremely friendly and non-pushy when it comes to browsing, and every time we come in, the offer to clean my rings for me. I don't even live in CT but A.J. Klein's is my go-to for jewelry purchases.

I had a great experience with AJ Klein. Honestly never see customer service like this anymore. All the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Alan is unbelievably knowledgeable and caring and has an obvious talent for jewelry. The entire staff was interested in my story and helping me pick out the perfect ring. They went above and beyond to get the ring done on a tight timeline and made it all happen. I was able to find the perfect engagement ring, thanks so much to AJ Klein!
