I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé a few months ago from Micheal Jeweler and I had a wonderful experience selecting a suitable stone with the help of Laura. I wouldn’t have picked a perfect stone without her help. When I first walked into the store I knew nothing about a diamond’s cut, color, brilliance, shape, or size. Laura walked me through the whole features in a sensible way that wasn’t complex or overly pretentious. She helped me select a perfect stone that fit my budget without sacrificing quality I’m very grateful for her help. Went I went back to the store and received assistant from another staff the service wasn’t the same she made the diamond Pritchard process seamless and enjoyable. Laura was a great help she is trustworthy, sensible, relatable and a great person overall. I recommend asking for her specifically.

Tom made a tough process in buying a diamond pendant an informed/educational experience. Michael’s is lucky to have Tom on their team. What a great representative of, what I learned from him, a family-owned company with its own great history.

I’ve had issues with Michaels Jewelers (Waterbury Location) before, so I was very skeptical on going to another one at all. I came to Trumbull location second guessing and let me tell you I was not disappointed. Felt a little uncomfortable with a purchase but let me tell you K the manager knows how to please your needs and will not let you leave unhappy. I’ll be sure to come see you again.
