The lady who answered the phone was incredibly polite. When I got there they greeted me with a smile and were quick to help me. The Jamaican guy who replaced the battery on my watch was super friendly and made nice conversation while he was working on my watch. He was quick but careful and the price was really great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great customer service and great pricing.
Great jewelry store. Good prices with good people! Bryan and Errol are knowledgeable about watches and they always fix my watch problems. Super great customer service.
They went above and beyond to size a ring for me and I am so thankful it only took a day to wait in comparison to other jewelry stores so I appreciate it.
