Highly recommend. I came in not knowing if they’d be able to help as my ring was purchased back home in Massachusetts at a local store. The woman who helped me was so kind and she had my ring fixed within 10 minutes. Being right around the holidays I was sure a repair might take a while but they gave it a clean and had it looking brand new. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

My fiancé and I were in JAX for my birthday and decided to stop by. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but Kirill sold me on a pair of earrings I was eyeing. I couldn’t choose between a pair of leaf studs or flower ones. He said the flower ones were too basic and said the leaf ones were better suited for me and well I got them haha. Kirill was kind, charismatic, and definitely makes you feel comfortable shopping around. He was sweet enough to wrap my earrings! He definitely deserves a raise! :) we will totally come back here! Great customer service. Highly recommend. Me and my wife brought our rings in for repair under warranty. We were treated as if we were buying that day. They set up service no problem or hassle. They even mailed the rings back because we don't live close by. The products that they sell are very good quality. When I bought my wife's ring from here I paid less than what it appraised for. Great value and more.
