I ask for suggestions on creating a new ring using stones from an old setting. Judy researched and came up with wonderful rings suggestions to add stones to. We agreed on a ring and the finished product is stunning and exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend and have complete trust in Steve, Judy and the entire staff at Matthew Erickson Jewelers. They listen, make suggestions and their work is impeccable.

We were extremely happy with the service Judy provided to us when we had a diamond reset into a new ring that we purchased at Matthew Erickson Jewelers. She communicated regularly with us on the status of the work. We also had some old gold/silver jewelry we traded in to offset the cost of the new ring. Steve was very informative and fair with the value we received. We definitely would purchase from them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and customer service at Matthew Erickson jewelers. I came in to get my necklace clasp adjusted and fixed. The employee was more than willing to assist me with my necklace after explaining what was needed to be done. She not only adjusted the clasp, but cleaned it as well for proper use. I didn’t catch her name, but am very thankful for the outstanding attention to detail and thoroughness of service. Will definitely be back.
