Meierotto has excellent customer service. We worked with Suzie J., and she was fantastic. She paid attention to what we wanted and the details (style, extras, & price point) we desired in a watch, and we found the perfect one. Meierotto is THE jewelry store to go to in Kansas City!

My husband and I have been customers of Meierotto for many years! This is the only place we buy our jewelry. We visited on Saturday this past weekend and had a simply fabulous time! Jordan & Josh both provided the utmost experience throughout our entire morning there - complete with a champagne toast to celebrate! They were so kind and patient with us as we worked through our decision making process. Not once did I feel pressured to buy; but rather, I felt they were personally invested in me getting exactly what I wanted for the best price possible! Fantastic, every time! Lance helped my fiancé and I first for my engagement ring in 2021, then again for our wedding bands in 2023. He is so genuine, thoughtful, and charismatic, and made us feel comfortable while guiding us through the (daunting) process. We knew we were in the best of hands both times. We had planned to shop around at different jewelers, but after leaving Meierotto (our first stop), we knew we didn’t need to go anywhere else. And we won’t go anywhere else in the future!
