This was my first time in the store, and everyone was personable and welcoming, without a side of overt salesmanship. It felt like Dominic took his time to get to know us, and made a calculated assessment before letting us try on some watches. This approach made us more comfortable, and helped him to gauge our level of knowledge and interest. As a watch enthusiast and blogger - I can spot others with genuine interest from a mile away, and Dominic certainly fits the bill. Will 100% recommend Tivol to friends (and strangers) when the opportunity arises. Though I didn’t pick anything up today, would certainly love to make it happen in the future.
