I have visited Reis Nichols many times and have always had a fantastic experience. They have a wonderful selection of watches that spans many brands and has something for every price point. This shop also has an incredible staff. Every time I have visited they greet you promptly and with a smile. Every employee is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. If you are a watch nerd like I am you will love chatting with them about various models and trying on some awesome watches. Today I went in to have the bracelet adjusted on my Rolex Explorer. I am the kind of person who super picky about the fit of my bracelet and requested Bryce (the staff member who assisted me) to bring it back to their watchmaker at least 4 times until I had the fit exactly where I wanted it. The entire time Bryce was patient, talkative, and happy to help me get things just right. It was a great experience as it is every time I visit this store. Definitely check them out when you get a chance!

Whenever I am looking for jewelry I always go to Reis Nichols. They have an amazing selection that can fit any style. I am a fan edgy/modern jewelry and Hannah Hale knew exactly what brand would be a perfect fit… Messika! I now have a Messika necklace, ring, and earrings that are such great quality, unique in style, and gorgeous! Thank you Hannah for knowing exactly what fit my style and for helping me find the perfect pieces!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and treated like the most important guest in the store. We have been customers of Reis-Nichols for a few years and dealt with several sales people along the way, all of which have been very accommodating. Our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of working with Matt S. Not only is he very professional and informative, but personable as well. I enjoyed the few interactions my husband and I had with him and will ask for him upon future inquiries/purchases. Matt, thank you for a pleasurable experience.
