I have shopped at multiple jewelry stores in the Kansas City area. Shane Co. Is my go to store from here on out. This particular store blew me away with the customer service, selection, and friendliness of their associates. Tera was the particular lady who helped my wife and I find the perfect ring. We spent 3 plus hours with her helping us, and never once did she seem worn-out with our questions and wanting to see something more. Her knowledge of settings, stones, and getting to know what my wife's tastes made a huge impression on my decision to purchase the ring that day. We went in to window shop, and instead walked away with a one of a kind wedding ring. I have told multiple friends and family that this is the one and only place to buy from. And, I will be back to purchase more jewelry for my wife, daughters, and son. Thank you so much Tera for the best jewelry shopping experience I've ever had!

I had a wonderful experience at Shane. The staff was ABSOLUTELY PLEASANT and had great personalities. We went in to get the stone replaced in my ring and the individual that helped us (I don't remember her name) was so sweet. My husband and myself complemented her right then and there for being amazing. I will most definitely return. They have a customer for life

All my rings are from here and I've been a customer for 10+ years. I truly have never had a bad experience and every visit has been amazing. They clean and fix my rings for free for life and when you get them back they genuinely look like you just bought them. I will never go anywhere else.
