Very impressed with this service! The hauling team arrived outside of my original pick-up window, but I was notified well in advance that they had a busy day and may be running a little late. They were very careful in removing two large, heavy items from my house. I so appreciate when service technicians wear shoe covers! The visit was brief and the payment process was quick and easy. The hauling team was courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Great experience! Well timed pickup! I was 20 min away from home, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK was 20 minutes from our home. So I arrived just about 15 minutes before. Thank you for an excellent job well done.
