Junk King is such a user-friendly business- from booking to job completion. They make it so easy! Communicating with u from start to finish. Jose, Adrian, and Mark did excellent job getting rid of heavy items. Arrived early per my request and were done within 30 minutes. Friendly and efficient customer service from start to finish.

Prompt and courteous response. The account rep, Jesse, was kind, thorough and overall professional. She is an excellent salesperson! Angel and Ivan followed directions when picking up the item and were so friendly. Great experience and will definitely use again.

This company was awesome! I called for a pickup and set up a day/time. They called back within 15 minutes. They were in my area and asked if they could come right over ! Within 5 min they removed my old freezer . Adrian and Ivan were professional and polite . Will definitely use this company again.
