PHILTOWER REVIEWS
As an extension of the Phillips family from Tulsa, aunt Pat Breckinridge used to take me around the buildings and showed me the tunnel that her grandfather Waite had built so that he could go from his penthouse to his office without being on the street. I still have my key to Philbrook...not the museum, but the original villa. It was a present from Pat when I was about 10. It's still on my badge to this day!
Very unique Art Deco building in downtown Tulsa. There are restaurants located on the first floor, including the Tulsa-favorite Atlas Grille. I highly recommend the downtown deco tour, which includes the history of the building and the Phillips family!

Cave House has a fascinating history dating back to the 1920s when it was initially developed as the restaurant Cave Garden. The house is full of lots of trinkets and stories of every sort. A guided tour of the house was arranged to see its meandering halls and incredibly steep escalators. You will hear very quirky and entertaining stories about Tulsa and its past through the building. It is one of the unique places in Tulsa. You can see this special architectural attraction and hear stories of their colorful history.

THE CAVE HOUSE REVIEWS
Our church group visited the cave house and enjoyed it tremendously! Linda is a wonderful speaker and has researched and the tank a lot of information about the previous owners and the history of this house. She is a wonderful speaker and gives life to the cave house. The house is full of many trinkets and all kinds of stories. One of the most unique places I have ever visited
This building is awesome on its own, but Linda is a gem as well and makes this into a very engaging and humorous experience. My 10 and 11-year-old kids loved hearing about the history of this place, treasure, outlaws, and funny tales. They retold her funny stories on the drive home.
Here visiting in Tulsa from Ft. Worth, TX, and my grandkids and I loved it! An experience we'll always remember! A MUST SEE!

Tulsa Fire Museum is one of the best Art Deco buildings in Tulsa. The house contains Terra cotta frieze work, which was based on detailing the award-winning Mayan temple design by Kershner. The building was used as the new headquarters in 2000. The building is notable for its intricate architecture and its fire-related theme portrayals. The entrance had big, matching lanterns in deco style. It has since been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Renovations took five years, including a capital effort of $5 million.
