"Woodward Park is an elegant place for children and has a beautifully landscaped garden and the formal terraces of the Tulsa Rose Garden, and the Upper and Lower Rock Gardens. The garden features over 9,000 roses of over 250 varieties. The park is a popular venue for dog walking. Woodward Park has beautiful flowers, scenery, statues, streams, and fountains. There is a separate playground for the kids and many open green spaces for sitting, roaming, picnicking, and exploring the park.

2026 Update: Woodward Park historic site includes a cobblestone driveway, a glass greenhouse, a sunken garden, and a brick building for carriages. It also features the Woodward Park Teaching Garden, and the space which shows off beautiful demonstration lawns to inspire guests with simple gardening tips they can try at home. It has historic structures inside the park, including a conservatory greenhouse, carriage house, cobblestone driveways, sunken gardens, and a restored barn now used as a visitor and teaching centre."
