ALT'S Operation

After having several services over the years and many disappointments, it was a relief to find Alt's, which has simply been tops in service on every level for us. It matters that we can make a call and talk to someone right away almost every time -- thanks in large part to Amy, the office manager. It matters that they show up and do the work when they say they will, or keep you informed ahead of time of any necessary changes. It matters they will work with you to get a schedule that works for you. It matters that their prices are up front and fair. It matters that they're run by pros who really know what they're doing and take the time to explain it to the customer. It matters that they will gladly make it right on that rare occasion when something goes wrong. Just let them know. Excellent communications is the key to everything and the main reason why we have relied on Alt's for many years to handle our lawn care, special projects, spring/fall cleanup and snow removal. They're the best.

Alt’s Operation designed and installed our landscaping for our new home. We have a rather large parcel, and our home is built into a hill, necessitating a rather steep grade change along the back wall. The project included lawn, planting areas, several large retaining walls, and two paver patios. Kevin, our designer, put forth a plan that incorporated all these elements, with a detailed listing of plants and materials. HIs design process was very interactive, incorporating our ideas while at the same time tracking costs against the various components. Once started, Alt’s had the teams and equipment necessary to do the work as proposed. Kevin’s management of our job was excellent – questions and suggestions were quickly answered– and he smoothly worked directly with our builder as needed. We love our new landscaping!

I love them! They do it all for me: snow removal, grass cutting, fertilization, tree trimming and Spring and Fall cleanup. They are always prompt and efficient, everything you want in a lawn service.
