We were very pleased with a recent round trip from Minneapolis to the Mayo Clinic. This was the first time we used this company, and we were fully appreciative. The streets were slick, and the schedule was early. Needless to say, nobody goes to Mayo for the fun of it, so we were stressed. The driver's kind and timely service were especially valued.

The Twin Cities Car Service was easy to book and didn’t require payment until service. Our driver was on time, the car was spotless and we arrived at our destination right on the time we expected. A great service for those needing a ride from Rochester to MSP Airport.

I hired this company for my birthday ride back at the end of March, on a very huge snowstorm that evening. The driver did his thing and drove that bus like there wasn't a snowstorm out and got us home safely and the service was excellent. Owner had called me regarding a misunderstanding and made things right. Very professional and courteous and will have my business again in the near future.
