Our over all experience was top notch! We booked a spa party with three people and we all were delighted with each of our services (each had a massage and facial). Our estheticians and massage therapists did a wonderful job. I found Delayne especially attentive and kind. I also had an especially fantastic experience with, of all things, the booking process! Lisa and her counterpart (sorry can't remember the name) were SO accommodating and helpful; they really went above and beyond to make our little event happen. They were thorough, kind and thoughtful; and really knew how to ensure excellent customer service. I hope the management knows what valuable people they employ! These are the things that make people come back:)

Delayne was phenomenal! She struck a great balance of working out my muscles and tension while also relaxing my body. Her medium-firm pressure is stronger than most firm pressure requests I've made with previous massage therapists so I was really impressed. She's also a great conversationalist. I genuinely enjoyed chatting and getting to know her during my foot massage.

Absolutely wonderful massage (90 min hot stone). She really took the time to hear about my concerns/needs. Focused on the areas I needed the most work. Left feeling sore but in the best way. Will definitely be returning!

The cupping was incredible—Hope made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, adjusting the pressure and placement as needed. I had a prenatal massage at 35 weeks pregnant with Grace and I had such a lovely experience! She has such a calm presence and gentle touch. The bolsters used for pregnant mamas are so comfortable, it was nice to lay face down again. I’ve had a handful of massages and the neck and scalp portion of the massage might have been the best one I’ve experienced yet.

Hope was kind, warm, and used a gentle approach knowing I had some combat related injuries. She kept open communication with me throughout making every aspect of the experience pleasant. She's got a life long customer!
