I rented a party bus for my daughters Jr prom. She and her group were picked up in a timely manner. Tod their driver was exceptional! He was personable, friendly and thoughtful. Tod communicated very well with me and even called ahead of pickup to get ice to ensure the kids had cold drinks enroute to the venue. The kids had a great time and most importantly a safe ride to San Jose and back. Putting us parents at ease. I was kept up to date via email and text on the groups location and when the kids had reached their destination.I was notified of their eta for arrival back home as well. The vehicle was in good shape, clean, had dome lighting, and had Bluetooth so the kids could listen to their music on their ride. It was a wonderful experience and we recognize MGL limo services for their professionalism and for delivering impeccable service for our group. My family and I had an amazing time in the jet sprinter, with Jack as our chauffeur for my birthday! He was very friendly, helpful and arrived early. The sprinter is even nicer in person and very clean. At the end of the night we went a little over my time slot but were not rushed. Would definitely book again!.

The process to book a round trip pickup to/from the airport was so easy. The communication was great and included confirmation of my reservation, a reminder of my pick ups, 24 hour advance confirmation with my driver name, and text messages stating that my driver was on his way. I had to change my return pick up airport and customer service was a live agent and made the reservation change a seamless process. And their prices are very reasonable relative to the other quotes I received. MGL exceeded my expectations and will be my go-to for future car service.
