Great customer service, caring and empathetic staff. Beautiful floral arrangement. On a very emotional day, I walked into Janousek Flowers looking for a small arrangement for my son's cemetery plot. My son, Josh just passed away and we don't have a marker just yet, so I thought some fresh flowers would be nice. I worked with a gentleman at Janousek who was very kind and understanding as I made my request through a river of tears. He designed a beautiful red arrangement and took time to share plant care tips with me for all the arrangements I have at home. Thank you for picking up on your customers' needs while meeting them where there are. I will definitely be back for future floral needs. * I added the little yellow flower, it came from a different arrangement. ** I'm sorry, I forgot the Florist's name, it was maybe David or Michael .

Janousek's designed the most beautiful wedding florals I could've imagined! I was able to meet with Michael to make suggestions and he and his team brought my vision to life. Beautiful florals and great prices! Highly recommend!

I receive flowers in the hospital from here after I had a baby and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, fresh, smelled amazing and lasted a good while!! Will definitely use them in the future for myself!
