Alpine Lock and Key inc was amazing. I lost my car keys and had a family emergency at the same time. I’m not sure who picked up the phone call, but she was professional, friendly and assured me they would be able to help right away. I appreciated her kindness. Gabe E made immediate contact with me, made sure the information about my car make, year and VIN number was correct. Even though he was on the other end of town he was able to go to the shop, make the key and get the fob, get to me and my car, make sure it fit and the fob was programmed in under an hour. Gabe was friendly, reassuring and he is extremely competent at what he does. The price was absolutely reasonable and the service was outstanding. Purchased an American Security safe from Shawn who was Very knowledgeable. Got it installed today. Installers were Gabe and Aaron. These guys were AWESOME!!! They both knew exactly what they were doing. They Work great as a team. 1000 lb Safe was placed exactly where directed without any issues. Would definitely recommend Alpine for any safe purchase and install.
