Our technician was awesome, he called when he was on his way with an accurate timeframe. He was really polite at his arrival and got us into my mother-in-laws car immediately. Great service and a great attitude. I highly recommend these guys.
Outstanding service! Car key broke off in the ignition at the dealer when checking in for service. Dealer shop did not have replacement key available so we called ALR. Shon showed up to save the day. Efficient, knowledgeable and fair priced!
Very fast and convenient! Would call again if it happens, hopefully not for the same reason
