KwikPick Lock and Safe

I am the Junior Warden at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Wickenburg, AZ. I had just finished having five doors at the church redone and replaced to meet fire safety requirements and needed all the locks in the church rekeyed to three security levels. The first locksmith stood me up without an apology. We have trouble getting companies to come up to Wickenburg. Bill showed up on time as scheduled. Spent a great deal of money on a solid wood door from Home Depot 7 years ago. Unfortunately the lock set stopped working to the point we couldn’t open the door from the outside. I called a lock smith for help and he recommended a new lock set, I ordered one and he came back to install it and after 2 hours he made matters worse and I asked him to stop. I called Bill and he came out the next day and after less than an hour, we are back in business! He was courteous, kind, and had great advice!
