Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I recently called Roto-Rooter to help me with a water leak. I was convinced there was going to be the need for total renovation of 1 bathroom and a closet on the 1st floor would need renew drywall and light fixtures. I was so happy to learn that the damage was minimal, and only need to dry out the areas and replace a small area of floor boards. The plumber who came did a great job of explaining that my son simply needs to keep the water in the shower and things don’t need to be ripped out or replaced. Then, Roto-Rooter sent a restoration specialist who examined the areas with state of the art water damage detection and took the time to ensure I knew how to fix it myself, I’m handy and this is really a very simple repair. Fanning out the areas then I’ll repair. There was zero fee, no service fee, no fee for examination of both affected areas. Genuinely recommend R-R Raleigh.

Cory did an awesome job! Pleasant experience and great job on repairing the leak. Left the space neat and clean. Explained the problem as he was working. He also arrived on time...now that's more than you can ask for! If Cory had to leave to get a part he needed, he went and came directly back to working on the issue ! Jason was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it for us. He took the time to explain the issue to me and was helpful and kind. And he also cleaned up behind all the work and I'm grateful.
