Excellent service and a great price. They showed up on time and were in and out. Dan our installer was kind and courteous. He even dealt with my psycho 7lb pound dog barking at him, with a smile. He explained everything prior to and after the instalation. This company did our our furnace repair last year as well and I've had the same experience now twice on a row. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Roy’s. From the initial diagnoses, to the sales consultation and installation, the process was easy and flawless. My furnace stopped working unexpectedly and Roy’s was able to get a new furnace and AC unit installed within a week. They also installed a new thermostat and smoke detectors. Everyone I worked with was professional and kind. Not many business left that truly prioritize customer service, and I’m so happy o chose Roy’s for my heating and cooling needs. A gentleman by the name of Jason Johnston promptly arrived this morning to check a possible plumbing leak in our bathroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional, neat and solved the problem within a few minutes. Jason is highly qualified and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. I have always been pleased with the outstanding service all employees of Roy's perform, and have called them for heating and cooling checks as well.
