David was excellent to deal with from the moment I walked in the door until the final purchasing steps. Everything was explained clearly and honestly. He was very personable and listened to my desires. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need to and he honored my wishes around buying a clearance item. The store was clean and well kept. The delivery was excellent and both men were kind and very helpful. I expect to love my Stearns and Foster for many many years but when the time comes to buy a new one, I will be back to MurMaid.
