Tempur-Pedic Aurora

We shopped at the Tempur-Pedic store in Aurora, Illinois. It was a very pleasant experience. The store was very clean and it was easy to see all the different models available. The staff there, Chris and Taurese, were friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions and explain the differences between the various options. They also helped us to take advantage of some special offers that were available. I would recommend going to the Tempur-Pedic store over another retailer as they have all the options available to view right there in the store.

Highly recommend this store. The store associate Taurese was so patient and helpful with my wife and I when we were shopping for a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to purchase he made sure we understood how the delivery process would work and stayed in touch until delivery was complete. I really can’t say enough about what a great experience it was.

Definitely would tell my family and friends about this Tempur-Pedic Flagship store ! Knowledgeable, Pleasant store associates! Very helpful not pushy! Bought our King mattress and sheets there. Delivery free and great.
