I was shopping for a pillow because of trouble sleeping with neck and shoulder pain. I did my research and wanted to try Tempur-Pedic pillows to see if all I read about being a superior pillow is true. The associate, Ben, took me straight to a private bed of the firmness I like, and covered the bed and pillows with a sanitary cloth. This really eased my fears about lying on a bed/pillows many other people had laid on! Ben asked questions and brought out several pillows to try, and he intelligently guided me to my perfect pillow! There’s a difference with these pillows, and the personal touch of Ben made the selection easy and I’m confident I made the perfect choice.

An awesome experience in store with Ben. He was extremely helpful and had a deep knowledge of all the products TP has to offer. Honestly, we were hesitant on purchasing considering the prices of mattresses these days. But considering all the awesome features he showed us it was well worth it! We received our bed in under two weeks and it has already been a game changer. Thank you, Ben, for all the help in our decision!
