Bethany S. is a skilled highly professional practitioner, and I cannot say enough good things about the front desk here. They are exceedingly welcoming, friendly, and even when helping multiple clients manage to not seemed rushed or flustered. I had a complex order today, and Felix went above and beyond to help me - greatly appreciated! Shy (sp.?) and Jess are also outstanding. The upbeat welcoming attitude here is noted and appreciated, a front desk sets the tone for one’s visit, and this team sets a very happy one for me- please recognize their high quality performance! I had a great experience with Ashley at the Louisville location! She was very kind, talked me through everything and kept me comfortable throughout my treatment. She listened to my concerns and recommended the treatment that would most fit. I am already scheduled back to see Ashley next month! Also Brooke did a great job getting me ready and numb for my procedure. I would definitely recommend seeing Ashley!
