CHRISTOPHER S. OGILVY, MD - BETH ISRAEL DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER REVIEWS
Dr Ogilvy is a gifted neurosurgeon with an extremely talented team of medical professionals. In August of 2021, he successfully performed a craniotomy and clipping of a large aneurysm with a partial blood clot located in my right frontal lobe. The care and follow up I received from this team was extraordinary. Anticipating this procedure was daunting. However, Dr Ogilvy explained every option and every aspect of the procedure so thoroughly that I had great confidence in the likelihood of the best possible outcome. I would not wish a brain aneurysm on anyone, but if you find yourself with this diagnosis, then this is the surgeon and team to trust with your care.
I need to echo the words of many - Dr. Ogilvy is an amazing neurosurgeon, and person. He saved my life 18 months ago from a ruptured aneurysm. Was incredible with my family through a scary time in explaining and then executing the plan successfully. The ICU staff at the BIDMC was incredible during the aftercare. Amazing Dr. and staff. Thank you!
Dr. Ogilvey saved my life 13 years ago by clipping off a brain aneurysm. “ He saved my life” doesn’t even put my feelings about him into words. He is absolutely the best and I am forever grateful.

RON I. RIESENBURGER, MD - TUFTS MEDICAL CENTER NEUROSURGERY REVIEWS
The Dr and his team are excellent. He was my second opinion and ended up doing my surgery because his attention and compassion during assessment were exemplary. I had a problem with neck , 3 damaged discs . He explained surgery optiins and risks very well and we did 2 disks because of the increased risk of doing the third at the same time. And ended up in surgery about twice as long as planned because of increased damage. 1 uear later and neck is great. Thanks again for being excellent at your craft.
I am an 86 y-o woman and recently underwent surgery for severe spinal stenosis. My quality of life had been quite restricted after a terrible fall. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Riesenberger if you are considering spine surgery. He is the best there is. Truly a gifted doctor and surgeon who cares deeply about his patients. Nine weeks post-surgery I have no pain and am able to do all I was able to do pre-fall; drive, swim, walk and easily sit without pain. It is extraordinary. I can’t thank him and his team enough. ANNE L.
Exceptional Surgeon! Surgery (2015) was to be a very complex spine surgery intended to improve my quality of life. Other surgeons denied my case. Dr. Riesenburger accepted my challenging case and improved my quality of life.

CARL B. HEILMAN, MD - TUFTS MEDICAL CENTER REVIEWS
Dr. Heilman and his team are competent, compassionate professionals. They provide high quality care with amazing empathy and sensitivity. Every aspect of the experience nobody ever wants to have to go through was treated by Dr. Heilman and his team with tremendous compassionate competence. I am forever grateful for his and their amazing care which saved my vision and my life. Thank you, Dr. Heilman, and thank you to the team at Tufts as well. Can't praise them enough!
Dr. Heilman one of the best neurosurgeons that has ever had the opportunity to work on me he was such a great man his staff was wonderful even though I was a addict he still treated me with the utmost respect I have nothing but good words for this Manheim is a life saver thank you so very much.
Dr Heilman is compassionate and takes time to answer all your questions. He works on plans that are patient centered and does not think surgery is the only or best option for every patient. I highly recommend seeing him for a consult if you have treatment plan questions or want a second opinion
