John is the best doctor I have ever met. He was a true blessing, confidante & friend to both my son Christopher & myself for almost 2 decades. Trusting, patient & kind and he knows what he's doing! His staff person Nancy is also very caring & compassionate. I will never forget how helpful & considerate both John & Nancy were to both Chris & I. Dr Doweiko has been my PCP for the last 18 years. There are many good doctors in Boston. John is one of the best. I can honestly say with out any reservations he is one of the best internal medicine, oncology, hematology and ID docs BIDMC is lucky to have. JGEO.

Had an apendectomy with Dr. Goodman and he was nothing short of kind, caring and down to earth. He is very intelligent and makes everything feel like a breeze. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with him and his wonderful team at Tufts.

Even in a city like Boston, rich with incredible medical expertise, you would be hard pressed to find a more talented, caring, and personable surgeon than Martin Goodman. I could not offer stronger praise and admiration for any physician. He's a gem.

Most knowledgeable about his specialties and delivered with a superb bedside manner. He immediately established trust and confidence upon meeting and treated my lymphoma with thoroughness. I was never nauseous or anxious due to the excellent medication protocol that accompanied my chemo therapy. My follow up visits with him were always personable and not rushed. I was very lucky to fall into his hands.

You make the patient feel very comfortable, and he explains things. If you have questions, he's very willing to answer them, and it was a positive experience with him.

Well, I lived to give the review. So there's that. Brilliant doctor, good guy. This is who you would want if you or your mother or your kid needed treatment.
