He did his residency in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Neil finished his internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center General Surgery and residency at Harvard Medical School in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He has over 30 years of experience. Dr. Neil's clinical interests include endoscopic sinus surgery, obstructive sleep apnea, and sinusitis.
