NEIL BHATTACHARYYA, MD, FACS - MASSACHUSETTS EYE & EAR ASSOCIATES REVIEWS
Forever grateful for Dr. Bhattacharyya and the outstanding care and treatment for chronic sinusitis. I recently underwent sinus surgery with Doctor B in October due to nasal polyps and frequent infections. The entire process was seamless and couldn’t have gone smoother. I was feeling better within a week after surgery than I have in years. My sense of smell and breathing improved greatly and I no longer have facial pain and pressure. Dr. Bhattacharyya is a true professional. He is a clear communicator who listens to concerns and provides great follow up care to ensure symptoms do not return. The team at Mass Eye and Ear have been fantastic as well. Thank you Dr. B for the life changing work you do!!!
I recently underwent Septoplasty surgery with Dr. Bhattacharyya to address a severely deviated septum that caused mouth breathing. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Bhattacharyya was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, thoroughly explaining the procedure and addressing all my concerns beforehand. The pre-operative process was smooth and efficient, and the surgery itself went incredibly well. My recovery was surprisingly quick and painless, and I can now breathe comfortably through my nose for the first time in my life! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bhattacharyya to anyone considering Septoplasty. He is an exceptional surgeon. 10/10 experience!"
No doctor compares to Dr. Bhattacharyya. I have had 8 Sinus surgeries. He has done 5! He is so gentle with his equipment that he uses but gets everything efficiently. He is extremely intelligent and will speak to you clearly and help you completely.

LAURA ANN GOGUEN, MD - BRIGHAM AND WOMEN'S HOSPITAL, DIVISION OF OTOLARYNGOLOGY REVIEWS
This was the first time I met with this physician. I found her patient and open to hearing anything and everything I needed to share. She made suggestions for my care and took my responses into consideration. Follow up testing was ordered as soon as possible. She was very respectful, spoke in a way that I could understand (layman terms versus medical terms). I look forward to working with her to resolve the issue that brought me to her.
Dr. Goguen and all staff were knowledgeable , thorough, helpful and personable. I was very impressed and felt confident in their care. I would definitely recommend them to family members or friends should the need arise.
One of the best surgeons I have ever worked with. Being diagnosed with Thyroid cancer at 34 was beyond stressful and scary not knowing what to expect. Dr. Goguen and her team were beyond amazing. They eased my nerves by taking the time to review everything with me and expectations. Out of all the surgeries I’ve had , this one was the easiest and best recovery I’ve had. I’ve had strep throat that hurt more than how I actually felt after this surgery. I truly can’t thank Dr. Goguen and her team enough, going to see her was the best decision I’ve ever made. I can’t recommend her enough.

TESSA A. HADLOCK, MD - MASSACHUSETTS EYE & EAR ASSOCIATES REVIEWS
Dr Hadlock is a brilliant surgeon - and she's caring and compassionate, besides! I have facial paralysis/synkinesis as a result of acoustic neuroma surgery. It's been a very emotional journey and from the first time I met with her, Dr Hadlock has made me feel that I CAN get better. She's easy to talk to and she openly listens to my concerns. And, even after so many surgeries, she is genuinely excited for her patients when they see experience improvements.
I am writing to thank Dr. Hadlock for her enthusiastic support of me as a patient. Tessa (and the staff) provided clear information on surgery options, so I could choose the best procedure for myself. I felt very supported as a person during the pre-op. And was pleased how easily stitches came out and healing happened. I look forward to returning for my second surgery in 5 months.
Dr Hadlock is the best of the best in her field. She has innovative solutions to issues that some up. Her interpersonal skills are excellent. I’ve been treated by her for years and the care I receive is always 5 star!
