ARTHUR J. ULM, MD - NASHVILLE NEUROSURGERY ASSOCIATES REVIEWS
Dr. Ulm and PA, Darice Spackman honestly saved my life. I had an extremely large brain tumor and they rushed my surgery to remove it. They were informative and spent a lot of time with my husband and I explaining the procedure and the outcomes both good and bad of it. When it came time for surgery, Darice came in to talk again at pre-registration to see if I had any questions or concerns. Much of it is a fog after pre-reg, I remember seeing them in the operating room and they kept my family up-to-date every hour during surgery, which they were extremely grateful for. I am grateful that I came out of the surgery with no side effects that required any form of Physical Therapy. I was completely blessed by this and thank God everyday for sending me to this office and having them as my Surgical Doctors. Everyone was nice from the doctors at the facility, the PA's and the office staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Ulm, PA Darice Spackman and his staff! I am completely thankful!
I was dealing with some major neck issues for almost a month and was recommended to see Dr. Ulm. I was able to be scheduled for a consultation quickly and met with his NP Rachel. She was very kind, compassionate and empathetic to my concerns and anxiety as this was a new issue for me. Rachel was also able to pinpoint the exact area of discomfort which was confirmed with a MRI. Very impressive!! Dr. Ulm suggested physical therapy, which made me very happy and never once rushed or made me feel like surgery was the only option. The office was wonderful with suggesting Physical Therapy that was convenient to my workplace. I completed my PT and I’m so happy to report that PT solved the issue! I haven’t had pain in a few months now! I ended up having trouble paying online and the office was so kind and accommodating and was able to help! I feel confident that if I were to have any issues in the future Dr. Ulm and his team will be my first call! I would highly suggest him and his team!

REX ARENDALL, MD - NASHVILLE NEUROSURGERY ASSOCIATES REVIEWS
Dr. Arendall has performed 7 of my surgeries! I wouldn't let any other surgeon touch me due to all the medical issues I have. We drive over 2 hours one-way each trip just to see him. His bedside manner is very warm, personable & kind yet professional & informative. He always discusses the detailed pros/cons of each surgery. He does not push surgery, either! He offers optional forms of addressing the situation as well.Every time I see Dr. Arendall, I leave saying "Wow! What a gifted human being this man is; he is the BEST!" Pam, Deanna, Jennifer, & all the staff are wonderful too. If you're looking for an excellent neurosurgeon, look no further. Dr. Arendall is the one!!! I'm living proof!!!
Dr.Rex Arendall has operated on my husband and I several times. Our opinion combined is that he is throrough with his judgement in preparation prior to a surgery having provided essential tests and superior knowledge. He is kind, considerate, and humble with a super bedside manner.
This Dr is a God sent to society. He saved my life 38 years ago from a tumor on my T1 of my spine. His bed side manor is absolutely wonderful. My tumor was as big as a grapefruit. Dr Arendall thank for giving me my life back.

ORAN S. AARONSON, MD REVIEWS
Great physician. Compassionate, intelligent, easy to talk to, willing to listen and exercises excellent judgment. After suffering horrible back pain he correctly diagnosed my condition and the problematic levels causing stenosis and referred me to Dr. Allen who gave me an injection that virtually eliminated almost all back pain. The prior physicisn diagnosed the wrong levels so The first injection did not work. Dr. Orenson corrected that and the result was excellent Considering his incredible credentials he is also surprisingly modest and soft spoken.
When I met Dr.Aaronson , I was in real bad shape, I almost waited to long. I had my main visit with him, explained what, and why I needed surgery. At the beginning I trusted him with my life. I’ve had surgery, and doing good, still recovering, but the pain I did have is gone. His staff is very caring people. Dr. Aaronson cares about his patients. I would recommend him 100 per cent. We need a lot more doctors like him. He is a very kind of person. You would understand that if you ever met him. I’d like to say thank you for everything from you and your staff. Pat Miller.
Dr Aaronson is the only Neurosurgeon I want to do surgery on me. I have recommended him to my friends, family as well as complete strangers. And the numerous ones that did feel it was the " Smartest Decision " they ever made.
