Dr. Polk, Dr Chavez and Carly. Thank you for everything! You have a wonderful team. My dad’s surgery was a little complicated but we couldn’t have had any better care. Even the ER visit at ST. Thomas Midtown was exceptional, Dr. Hicks knew immediately what was going on. I would highly recommend this care team! Thanks again, The Gann family.

Dr. Polk is phenomenal. He's a brilliant surgeon. We've had zero complications from his surgery, and how you know you're in brilliant hands is when you walk into the hospital and nearly all the staff from check-in to nurses say you're in the best hands with him.

Dr. Polk was friendly and very detailed in his explanation of my sister's condition. He took time to answer our questions and address her concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise.

Dr. Nizam was very pleasant and patient. He took his time and addressed all my concerns. Very caring and professional. He put my anxiety at ease with his caring demeanor. I feel like I am in good hands. All of the staff there were wonderful. He also took care of my mother and she had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Nizam and his staff.

Dr. Nuzam has been exceptionally kind and thoughtful during my bought eith cancer. He has explained everything carefully and with compassion. He has been honest without alarming me. After the lab report from my surgery , he came immediately and gave me the good news. After each scan he calls asap to give me the results. I would highly recommend him not only for his skills but for his kindness and concern.

I recently had abdominal surgery, and I am so grateful to have had Dr. Nizam as my physician. From my very first appointment, he never rushed me and always took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism put me at ease throughout the entire process. I always felt that I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dr. Nizam to anyone seeking a caring and attentive doctor.
