Most compasionate, hands on therapy I have ever received! I actually look forward to going. Tara and Rebecca are so attentive. Tara listens and puts so much effort into doing what works for each patient. They use some alternative methods that are so helpful. It is a true partnership. Last but not least I need to express that all of the staff are amazing !!! I highly recommend Hands on Therapy.

Five stars!!!! Exceptional service and the ladies are phenomenal!!! I started therapy around August and I couldn’t lift up my arm over my head. Well I’m here to say that I can lift my arm and utilize my arm normally now!!! Thank you’ll for everything!!!.

I have been going to this physical therapy place for weeks now and I absolutely love it. My therapist Tara is very nice she's great. The aide Taylor is very helpful and nice as well. If you need physical therapy I encourage you to definitely try this place out you won't be disappointed. Check it out.

my son doesn't go to the therapy spot anymore, but I wanted to leave a review while it's on my mind bc I never did when he was still there. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. special shoutouts to the two ladies at the front desk, Christi (who is no longer there), Ms. Valerie, & Ms. Amanda. all of these women were patient and nice. the only "negative" experience I had was asking if I could change my son's speech therapist (it just wasn't a good fit, I didn't care for the approach she had). I was accommodated without question. everyday I miss his therapists. the only reason we left was bc my son started attending school. I highly recommend the therapy spot to friends and acquaintances of children on the spectrum. thank you for everything, y'all.

Love it here!! I've brought 3 of my kids here for OT/PT/Speech and have only had awesome experiences with Nida, Julia, Samantha, Martha, Leeba, and Louise. Where they really stick out to me is the therapist's skill at engaging my kids and getting them to love coming back. Efficient check-in/checkout as well. Highly recommended!!.

Alexis is amazing!! My daughter loves her!! Shes so warm and inviting!! She makes my daughter feel heard and not judged!! 100% truly recommend!! And Kim is always on top of things . I love this center!!.

We've been working with Charm City for a few years at our preschool. They've been coming in once a year to complete free screenings for our students and then helping us make our referrals for services. We've worked with a number of their office staff and therapists and each have been a pleasure to work with! They've definitely helped our teachers perfect their craft and given our students the tools they need to grow and prepare for Kindergarten and beyond!.

We have had such a wonderful experience so far with Charm City Therapy. The staff…especially Tikvah…and therapists are amazing with our daughter and always friendly when speaking with us. They have been so understanding and flexible with our ever changing schedules and always make sure they fit our daughter in. We highly recommend them.

Charm city therapy provides wonderful therapy services both in the school setting and clinic. The clinic includes an amazing sensory gym that is clean and fun . Their therapists use their expertise to provide 1:1 client centered care with empathy and professionalism. The office staff are always ready and willing to help.
