I absolutely love Erdman veterinarian office. My cat was in distress with a medical issue and they were able to squeeze me in the same day as urgent care. Yes, the wait is long Yes, they see dozens of pets a day. Please be patient with this veterinarian office. I know the wait times can be a little lengthy, but this veterinarian office is for the community and offers very reasonable pricing for your pets. They were very honest up front, and direct. Excellent at communicating with me all of the fees. They also helped me understand why my pet needed certain things performed. It's a convenient location, various street parking. The office is not very big so I had them. Just give me a call when it was my turn to be seen.

Erdman is the best! The doctors and the techs and the the front desk staff are also nice! If I ever came into a lot of money I would definitely donate a chunk to them! They keep Veterinary Care affordable and I am so thankful they are keeping their doors open!.

The staff is very friendly, and the payments for pet services are reasonable. They also offer boarding, which is very convenient as well.

My chase passed away a few years ago. He was my first dog and I took him from an extremely abusive home. I had no real idea how to raise a dog and sought help from several professionals and was turned down by all. I wasn’t going to allow that to be the end of his story so I retrained him the best I could. Unfortunately there was still a lot I wouldn’t know even with having pet insurance and monthly check ins. In the end I believe I gave him a beautiful life. On his last day I took him to this hospital hoping he would be cured but I was met with unbearable news. I wasn’t struggling financially but I pulled the finances together to ensure he left properly and had a beautiful cremation. When it was time to euthanize him chase died in my arms. Still to this day I wonder if he went naturally or if the people at this hospital could tell I was broken emotionally and financially, and induced him before I said good bye. It’s a question I’ll never get an answer to but his last moments were very special. He died in my arms, surrounded by love. When I got his cremation box I broke down. I understood the cost because the sentiment of it all was so beautifully arranged. It’s been a little over 5 years and I still think about that night. Thank you to whoever those workers were at midnight. Your efforts and your kindness meant a lot to me.

The entire team at Falls Road Animal Hospital is outstanding. Every member lead with empathy and was extremely well trained. As I waited in the lobby I watched people who had obviously been bringing their pets for years enter knowing they would be well cared for, and share memories with strangers to let them know they were in good hands. Perhaps what was most impressive was the cohesiveness and efficiency among the entire team. The ability to read the needs of the patients, parents and people who make the inner workings happen is unlike any other vetrinary clinic I have ever been to. Paddington Bear, River and I are profoundly grateful.

Recently adopted a Yorkshire terrier. I was looking for the perfect place for all my pets. Luckily for us, we found Falls Road Animal Hosp. Dr. Kim was impressive, helpful, caring, honest and forthcoming. Glad to have met him and the team. What a great staff. Cairo is a happy boy!.
